'''Компетенция''' (Competence) - характеристика представителя [[стейкхолдер|заинтересованной стороны]] или члена [[Команда|команды]], которая отражает способность выполнять [[Работы|работу]]. Компетенция описывает возможность выполнять определенную работу. Компетенция определяет
последовательность уровней компетентности – от минимального уровня компетентности до максимального уровня. Обычно, это уровни в диапазоне
от 0 – «помогает» до 5 – «улучшает».

[[OMG Essence]] определяет следующие уровни компетенции "Лидерство" и [[Практика контрольных вопросов|контрольные вопросы]] для проверки каждого уровня:
