Состояния

OMG Essence определяет следующие состояния для альфы "Внедрение практики" и контрольные вопросы для проверки каждого состояния:

3	Используется	In Use	Члены команды используют практику для выполнения работы	❑ The tailored practice is being used by team members to perform their work. ❑ The tools that have been selected for integration with the practices are being used by theteam members.
4	Помогает	Working Well	Внедренная практика помогает членам команды	❑ All team members are making progress as planned by using the tailored practice. ❑ All team members naturally apply the tailored practice without thinking about it. ❑ The practice and tools are used routinely and effectively by the team. ❑ The practice and tools are regularly being inspected and improved by the team
