Компетенция (Competence) - характеристика представителя заинтересованной стороны или члена команды, которая отражает способность выполнять работу. Компетенция описывает возможность выполнять определенную работу. Компетенция определяет последовательность уровней компетентности – от минимального уровня компетентности до максимального уровня. Обычно, это уровни в диапазоне от 0 – «помогает» до 5 – «улучшает».
Уровни компетентности
OMG Essence определяет следующие уровни компетенции "Лидерство" и контрольные вопросы для проверки каждого уровня:
