Компетенция (Competence) - характеристика представителя заинтересованной стороны или члена команды, которая отражает способность выполнять работу. Компетенция описывает возможность выполнять определенную работу. Компетенция определяет последовательность уровней компетентности – от минимального уровня компетентности до максимального уровня. Обычно, это уровни в диапазоне от 0 – «помогает» до 5 – «улучшает».
Компетенции OMG Essence
Ядро OMG Essence имеет набор компетенций команды в каждой области интересов:
- В области интересов клиента (customer):
- Представительство стейкхолдера (Stakeholder Representation) - способность собирать, сообщать и балансировать потребности стейкхолдеров, а также представлять их видение (views)
- В области интересов решения (solution)
- Анализ (Analysis)
- Разработка (Development)
- Тестирование (Testing)
- В области интересов деятельности (endeavour)
- Лидерство (Leadership)
- Менеджмент (Management)
Уровни компетентности
OMG Essence определяет следующие уровни компетенции и контрольные вопросы для проверки каждого уровня:
